Sawtooth Brewery can cater to your event at one of our restaurants or with our Outpost Food Truck.  We can catering large and small events in Hailey and Ketchum at our Tap Room or Public House or anywhere from Stanley to Twin Fall with our Outpost, a full-service food and beverage trailer (yes, we have 4 taps in the food truck).

 

We provide catering at events around the Wood River Valley such as our own Hailey Rocks, Ketchum Alive, the Sawtooth Valley Gathering, Hailey Riverfest, Ketchum Oktoberfest, Sun Valley Tour de Force, and the Sun Valley Center for the Arts Music Series at the base of River Run.

We fill our calendar with these types of public events along with private events such as corporate outings, weddings, or just a good old party that needs food and beverage service….we’re be happy to join!  We book up to two years out, so be sure to submit your request early!

We are also happy to offer our brewery locations in Hailey and Ketchum as private event spaces. This works perfectly for people looking to host an event in a prime location with beautiful views.
